Warranty Policy
Our Promise
Every Double Circle product is designed by athletes and quality-inspected before it ships. We stand behind our gear with a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects: defects in materials or workmanship that exist when the product leaves our factory, under normal use.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. A warranty repair, replacement or refund is given only when Double Circle confirms that the problem was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship. Any problem with any other cause is not covered, and no free replacement will be provided for it.
Coverage Period
- Standard: 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Upgraded: 3 years when you register your product within 30 days of purchase.
Genuine Products Only
This warranty covers only genuine Double Circle products bought new from Double Circle or an authorized seller, including our official Amazon storefront. It does not cover counterfeit, replica or look-alike products; products bought from unauthorized resellers; used, refurbished or “open box” items; or products whose serial numbers, labels or brand markings have been removed or altered. If you're unsure whether a seller is authorized, contact us before you buy. Counterfeits may look identical but don't meet our safety and quality standards.
Who Is Covered
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. A valid proof of purchase (order ID) is required for every claim.
What Is Not Covered
Anything that is not a manufacturing defect, including:
- Normal wear and tear, such as fraying straps, worn grip surfaces, or scratches and fading on wood or coating.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, or exceeding the stated weight limits.
- Improper installation, anchoring or mounting, or not following the product instructions.
- Any modification, or use with parts or accessories not made by Double Circle.
- Prolonged outdoor exposure, moisture, extreme temperatures or improper storage.
- Damage that happens in shipping or after delivery, and lost or stolen products.
- Change of mind, ordering the wrong product or size, or a product not meeting personal expectations.
- Commercial, rental or institutional use (such as gyms or schools), unless agreed in writing.
- Cosmetic differences that don't affect how the product works.

Inspection and Determination
Every claim is reviewed by Double Circle. After reviewing your photos, video or the returned product, we determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect, and that determination decides whether the claim is covered. We may ask you to return the product for inspection before a claim is approved. Claims for issues with any other cause will be denied.
How to Make a Claim
Stop using any product you believe is defective, and contact us through our contact form with:
- Your order ID.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos or a short video that show the defect.
What We Will Do
If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price if a replacement isn't available. A replacement is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Goodwill Offers
For issues this warranty does not cover, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a discounted replacement. A goodwill offer is not an admission of a defect and does not create any obligation for this or future claims.
Fair Use
Claims that are false, misleading or fraudulent, or that involve products not bought from an authorized seller, will be denied and may void the warranty.
Limitations
This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for manufacturing defects. To the extent permitted by law, Double Circle is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
